Once you receive your equipment, you have 14 calendar days and up to 50 working hours to inspect and evaluate the unit to ensure it meets your expectations and operational needs.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied, simply contact us by email before the end of the 14th calendar day, and our team will guide you through the return process.
Full Insurance Coverage
During the evaluation period, your equipment remains fully insured, protecting you from unforeseen circumstances while the equipment is in your possession.
100% Buyback Option
If returned within approved conditions, we offer a 100% buyback guarantee at the original purchase price (minus applicable fees).
* Equipment must remain on your property in original condition.
Return Guidelines
Returns may be rejected if the equipment:
- Has been modified or altered.
- Has been damaged or involved in an accident.
- Shows signs of alteration from original condition.
- Has been used as collateral or subject to encumbrance.
* All requests subject to inspection and approval.
If the return is approved, delivery coordination will be arranged at no cost to you. Refunds for approved returns are processed promptly; please allow 1–3 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
